New Jersey To Vote To End Religious Exemptions For Vaccines

The State Senate in New Jersey is expected to vote on Monday to end religious exemptions for vaccines in the state.

The vote was scheduled after lawmakers struck a deal to win enough support last week.

At the statehouse, opponents of the measure area expected to protest. They argue that the State Senate plan goes too far.

The bill would still allow parents to refuse vaccinations for their children. However, the kids wouldn't be allowed to attend public school.
