A funeral is being held on Tuesday for Jersey City Police Detective Joseph Seals.
He was the first victim in a rampage left week that saw two gunmen target a Kosher market in a shooting that’s being investigated as an act of domestic terrorism. The 40-year-old Seals was killed in a cemetery by David Anderson and Francine Graham when he tried to question them about a murder in Bayonne.
The pair then killed three people inside the market.
Seals was a husband and father of 5. Jersey City officials praised him as being a leading officer in getting guns off the street.
He’s being remembered at Saint Aedan’s Church in Jersey City.
