An off duty NYPD cop has been charged with negligent homicide after a deadly car accident in Brooklyn.
A Mazda allegedly ran a stop sign early Sunday morning at 55th Street and Foster Avenue in East Flatbush. A car driven by off duty NYPD Officer Rohan Shaw slammed into the Mazada.
Joanna Dixon was killed, while a second passenger was seriously injured.
The driver of the Mazda fled the scene and remains on the loose.Shaw will be in court on Monday.
