President Trump is New York City to help kick off the 100th annual Veterans Day Parade.
The president will speak before the parade and will also lay a wreath at Madison Square Park.
“I think the important thing here - and I hope this is the spirit that the president will bring to it - this is not about him, this is about our veterans,” Mayor Bill de Blasio said.
This is the first time in recent memory a sitting president will kick off the parade.
