The famous Charging Bull statue is on the move.
Mayor de Blasio has ordered that it be moved from Bowling Green in Lower Manhattan to a spot near the New York Stock Exchange. The statue currently sits on a narrow sidewalk that often causes tourists to spill into traffic on both sides.
The mayor’s office said this is about safety.
The Bowling Green Association is upset.They argued the mayor doesn’t have the authority to move the statue.
