Cops have finally caught up with the alleged gunman in a Brooklyn mass shooting over the summer.
Kyle Williams, 20, has been arrested for the Old Timer’s Day block shooting in Brownsville that killed 1 and injured 11.
Police believe Williams killed 38-year-old Jason Pagan after an argument ensued over a previous dispute.A second gunman then allegedly opened fire, causing more injuries.
