Poll: Mayor De Blasio Under 1 Percent In Presidential Race

A new poll has bad news for Mayor Bill de Blasio’s presidential hopes.

The Quinnipiac University survey shows him barely registering among Democratic voters, earning less than 1 percent of the vote.

Former Vice President Joe Biden leads the way with 32 percent.Senator Elizabeth Warren is next at 21 percent, while Senator Bernie Sanders gets 14 percent.

Senator Kamala Harris earned 7 percent of the vote, while Mayor Pete Buttigieg rounds out the top five with 5 percent.

"Biden survives, Warren thrives and Harris dives as debate number two shakes up the primary," assistant director of the Quinnipiac Poll Tim Malloy said.

Senator Cory Booker and former Congressman Beto O’Rourke are the only other candidates that get more than one percent of the vote, with each getting two percent.
