4 People Shot During Brooklyn Candlelight Vigil

The NYPD is looking for a group of six men who were seen running from a candlelight vigil after four people were shot.

According to a report posted to newyork.cbslocal.com, the six suspects got into an argument with a man who was marching in the vigil and open fired striking him and three innocent bystanders.

A 33-year-old woman was shot in the back; a 24-year-old man was shot in the left leg, a 33-year-old man was shot in the chest, and a 44-year-old woman was shot in the leg. The victims were rushed to Kings County and Brookdale hospitals.

Crown Heights resident Ebony Gourgue said of the shooting, "It's scary. This is why I told my son, you know, you can't be outside because of all these things that's been going on in the neighborhood. It's unsafe. We were at the park yesterday, and the helicopter was actually in the park searching for someone."
