President Trump Blasts Mayor De Blasio Over Water Attacks

President Trump is taking on Mayor de Blasio, as police officers in New York City continue to be splashed with water.

“What took place in NYC with water being tossed on NYPD officers was a total disgrace. It is time for @NYCMayor @BilldeBlasio to STAND UP for those who protect our lives and serve us all so well…,” President Trump tweeted.“...What took place was completely unacceptable, and will not be tolerated. Bill de Blasio should act immediately!”

Mayor de Blasio said he’s condemned the actions of those seen on the video and they will be found and arrested.He said the president doesn’t know anything about New York City, because he was the son of a millionaire.

“This is a guy who literally does not even understand the place he came from,” de Blasio said.

In the latest video retweeted by the Sergeants Benevolent Association, one man dumps a bucket of water on an officer’s head, while others use water guns to spray two officers with water.The SBA called on Police Commissioner James O’Neill to lose his job, saying the NYPD has surrendered under his leadership.

“O’KNEEL MUST GO, take the CLOWNS with you! No CONFIDENCE,” the SBA tweeted.

The union called on officers to defend themselves before they’re seriously injured or killed.
