Being single can definitely suck sometimes, and where you live can go a long way towards whether or not you are happy without a significant other. While single ladies may be looking for an area with pretty parks, and great nail salons and boutiques, single men are looking for something completely different, and now a new report reveals where they may be able to find it.
LendingTree has just come out with their list of the Best Cities for Single Men, judging cities on things like job prospects, demographics, crime rate, culture and entertainment, as well as the ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
With that in mind, the report picks Madison, Wisconsin as the best place for single men to live, mostly due to its health and safety record, although it also has one of the highest culture and entertainment scores of the cities on the list. Coming in second is Hartford, Connecticut, followed by Albany, New York.
