Utica, New York police have arrested a man they say brutally murdered a 17-year-old girl.
According to officials, 21-year-old Brandon Clark killed Bianca Devins on Sunday morning before sharing photos of her body online. Investigators say the pair had been dating and met on Instagram.
He apparently brutally stabbed her after arguing and then took photos of the two of them. Online followers called police after he said he killed Devins online and was about to kill himself. Police located his car, and Clark then tried to stab his neck to kill himself. Devins’ body was under a tarp he laid across at the time.
Devins was well known online, with thousands following her on Instagram, 4Chan and Discord. Clark recovering from his injuries and is facing at least 25 years in prison if convicted.
