While most teens look forward to the day they can finally get their driver’s license, most parents are probably dreading it, due to all the dangers on the road, not to mention the costs that come with having another driver in the house. Well, it turns out some states are better equipped to handle teen drivers, and a new report reveals which ones are the best.
WalletHub has just come out with their list of the Best and Worst States for Teen Drivers, judging all 50 states on 23 key metrics in areas of Safety, Economic Environment and Driving Laws. Based on that data, Maryland was named the Best Driving City For Teens, with a score of 65.79 out of 100, coming in second for safety and in the Top 20 for economic environment and driving laws.
