Knicks Miss Out On Number One Draft Pick

After having the worst record in the NBA, the Knicks will pick third in June’s NBA Draft.

The Knicks had a 14 percent chance of getting the number one pick and the right to select Duke star Zion Williamson. Instead, the New Orleans Pelicans landed the first selection.

The Knicks had former star Patrick Ewing representing them at Tuesday night’s lottery. He was the selection in 1985, the last time the Knicks had the top overall pick.

Despite missing out on the chance to draft Williamson, the Knicks could still get a college star.Murray State point guard Ja Morant and Duke forward R.J. Barrett are expected to be the second and third picks.
