Part of a building in Brooklyn has come crumbling down after it was struck late Monday night by a car.
The vehicle apparently lost control and slammed into the building on East Fifth Street and Avenue P just before midnight.It resulted in a large police and fire response.
The driver was taken into custody and charges are pending.
One person reported suffering minor injuries.
