Mail Bomb Suspect Pleads Guilty In Manhattan Federal Court

The Florida man accused of sending explosives in the mail to prominent critics of President Trump has plead guilty in federal court.

Cesar Sayoc was accused of devices that could have exploded to places like CNN's headquarters in Manhattan, the home of former President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle, as well as other outspoken Democrats who have criticized the President.

Sayoc was reportedly arrested in a van that had been covered with pro-Trump and Republican stickers...but as he stood before a judge yesterday, he apologized. "I knew these actions were wrong,” he offered. “I'm extremely sorry.” Sayoc faces a possible life sentence in prison and is scheduled for sentencing on 65 criminal counts, on September 12th.
