Woodstock 50 Hit With Financial Problems?

A three-day festival celebrating the 50th anniversary of Woodstock is set to take place in August 16th, 17th and 18th in Watkins Glen, New York, but a new report suggests planning for the event isn’t going smoothly.

Since the date and location were confirmed back in January, no other information has been announced and according to HitsDailyDouble, it’s because promoters are dealing with “issues regarding the raising of money and venue capacity.”

As for what artists may be performing, the site names such acts as Dead & Co., The Killers, Miley Cyrus, Santana, The Black Keys, Chance the Rapper, Jay-Z, Imagine Dragons and Halsey, but so far nobody’s been confirmed or announced.
