Probably one of the greatest mugshots in history was released by Spotswood police!
An Old Bridge woman is being charged with breaking into multiple Spotswood cars over the past few months. A resident captured the footage below and gave it to police.
Shana A. Hilsman of Old Bridge, walking onto a resident's driveway while wearing the same distinguishable clothing as in the January home surveillance footage. A policeman stopped her, and Hilsman was found to be possession of numerous burglary tools, including a screwdriver, hammer and the same flashlight seen on the surveillance videos, police said.
