A man is dead and two others hurt after a hammer attack at a Brooklyn restaurant.
It’s been described as a random attack, with a 34-year-old suspect walking into the Seaport Buffett in Sheepshead Bay on Tuesday night. He began swinging a hammer, hitting the restaurant’s chef, owner and another worker.
Chef Fufai Pun, 34, was later pronounced dead at the hospital. The 60-year-old owner and a 50-year-old worker were both injured.
The suspect was arrested later in the evening. He’s expected in court on Wednesday.
