Alec Baldwin Arrested In Parking Spot Altercation In NYC

Alec Baldwin was arrested on Friday after allegedly punching a man over a parking spot in New York City. He has reportedly been charged with misdemeanor assault and harassment and is due back in court on November 26th.

According to witnesses and police, Baldwin was outraged with another driver after he slid into a parking spot that a relative of the actor was holding. What started as yelling soon turned into shoving… and that’s when Baldwin allegedly punched the man. The victim was described as conscious and okay after the incident (besides being taken to the hospital to be treated for a jaw injury).

Baldwin himself later took to Twitter to call the “defaming allegations” fake news. “Normally, I would not comment on something as egregiously misstated as today’s story,” he wrote. “However, the assertion that I punched anyone over a parking spot is false.”

The victim has since spoken out about the incident. The construction business owner told The Post over the weekend that he’s “recovering,” with the publication claiming there were “no visible bruise marks on his face.” “You know, sore, but I’ll be fine,” he said. He didn’t comment much about the incident beyond that.
