Part of Sex Assault Case Dropped Against Harvey Weinstein

The Manhattan District Attorney's office has dropped part of its sexual assault case against Harvey Weinstein.

One of the accusers, Lucia Evans, claims Weinstein forced her to perform oral sex on him at his Tribeca office in 2004.  However, new evidence indicates it may have been consensual.

Evans is one of three women involved in the complaint against Weinstein.  Prosecutors indicated they plan to move forward with the part of the case involving the other two women.
