Woman Allegedly Raped by Cops Says She Was Cursed Out by Process Server

A 19-year-old woman who claims to have been raped by two former NYPD detectives says she was also called a "stupid b----" by a man claiming to be from the Sheriff's office.

Anna Chambers posted video of the unsettling incident online Wednesday, suggesting that the process server was harassing her.

The bearded man in the video, who also appears to be filming Chambers on his smartphone, is seen tailing Chambers as she walks up her stoop. She demands he leave her alone.

"Don't tell me what to do," he can be heard saying. "I'm from the Sheriff's office, I can do whatever I want."

Chambers' lawyer is demanding an investigation, reports the NY Daily News

The man was apparently waiting for Chambers at her home to serve her the subpoena. The Daily News reports he was also recorded sitting on their stoop, shouting at her parents, calling them "Russian liars."

Chambers is accusing former NYPD Detectives Richard Hall, 32, and Eddie Martins, 37, of taking turns raping int he back of her police van after she was arrested for marijuana possession in Coney Island on Sept. 15.

Hall and Martins told investigators the sex was consensual. They resigned from the NYPD in November.

They face up to 25 years in prison if convicted of rape and kidnapping.

The subpoena was from Martins' lawyer, Mark Bederow, who is trying to acquire photos Chambers' apparently took of her wrists after the incident.

Bederow said Chambers' lawyer would not accept the subpoena on her behalf. He added that he "unequivocally condemns" what the man in the video said to the young woman.
