A 4-year-old girl has been killed and her mother was injured after they were struck by a hit-and-run driver in Brooklyn.
The mother and daughter were at Wyckoff Avenue and Hart Street on Sunday afternoon when they were struck by a black SUV that was backing up. The girl was pronounced dead, while the mother is hospitalized in stable condition.
The 38-year-old driver was taken into custody after initially fleeing the scene. Police are questioning her an d haven’t filed any charges yet.
