The Mets continue their success on opening day with a fun filled 9-4 victory over the St. Louis Cardinals. Noah Syndergaard was electric, making just one mistake to Yadier Molina, while striking out 10 Cardinals. Ahmed Rosario was 2-4 with two hits and two RBI's while hitting out of the nine hole. Adrian Gonzalez turned back the clock, reaching base four times! Mets Pitchers struck out 15 St. Louis batters on the day. They are now a MLB Best 34-20 all-time on opening day.
