Three people were shot not far the Empire State Building Sunday afternoon.
The suspect shot a man he was arguing with, along with two other people near 31st and broadway.
The shooter is still on the loose, according to NYPD.
Two victims shot in the torso, another in the arm. All were described as being in stable condition as they were taken to the hospital.
The shooting reportedly followed an argument outside a liquor store.
