The good news is 36-year-old Roger Attieh was caught and booked for his 4th DWI Monday afternoon. The bad news is Mr. Attieh was driving a snow plow truck for the state of New Jersey at the time of his arrest.
Mr. Attieh was apprehended after he smashed into two parked cars while plowing. His blood alcohol level was 9 times over the legal limit when he was slapped in cuffs.
The NJDOT has begun an investigation into Mr. Attieh continued employment with the state after it was recently discovered that he has 3 other DWI's since 2002.
NJDOT Communications Director, Steve Schapiro did not make a statement on the matter.
