The NYPD is looking for help in catching and caging a bird thief.
The suspect walked into a Petland store in Brooklyn, jammed a parrot in his pocket and flew the coop.
The hot bird, known as a blue Quaker parrot is worth hundreds of dollars and can be taught to talk like a human.
The man was caught on video surveillance tape grabbing the bird at the Petland location on Graham Avenue in Williamsburg.
