The end has come for a fake doctor who allegedly killed a woman by injecting her bottom with silicone.
Keith Richardson was charged with manslaughter for performing the unlicensed procedure at his illegal clinic in Gramercy Park.
Victim, Latesha Bynum died 12 days after the phony doctor performed the procedure last July.
Richardson and his assistant Allison Spence, have been running the fake clinic since 2013.
Manhattan prosecutor Michelle Bayer warned all other patients of the unlicensed clinic to get checked due to the fact that the silicone used in the procedure could enter their bloodstream at any time.
