A Queens family is heartsick after their dog "Chula" was snatched from their front yard in broad daylight.
The family let the Shih Tzu out to do his business at 8:20 am Friday morning.Video surveillance shows the female thief open the fenced in front yard, pick the dog up, and stroll down the street with the pinched pooch cradled in her arms.
The NYPD asks anyone with information on the hot dog to call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-8477.
