The crook who robbed the New Era Tire Shop in the Bronx gave a new meaning to "take the money and run" when he kicked in the front door of the store and took the whole cash register.
The man was seen wearing a green shirt, black shorts, black sneakers, and carrying a cash register when he fled the crime scene. Police believe the man is between 20-25 years old.
Management and employees at the tire store could not be sure of the amount of money that was in the register at the time of the theft.
