The "Summer of Hell" may be over but the "Awful Autumn" is just starting for those folks who ride the Gladstone line.
According to NJ Transit a crumbling wall in Summit, New Jersey will make it necessary to shut the Gladstone Line immediately and indefinitely.
NJ Transit track inspectors have been seen walking up and down the tracks in Summit trying to determine the structural problems that reportedly have sent pieces of the wall crashing onto trains.
