Judge Richard Berman ordered marshals to remove suspected Chelsea bomber Ahmad Rahimi from the Manhattan Federal courtroom after Rahimi refused to stop talking.

Rahimi who allegedly planted two homemade explosive devices in Chelsea and one in New Jersey stood and addressed judge Berman twice after being told to sit down and be quiet.

Before Rahimi was escorted from the courtroom he yelled to the judge "I actually come out only to speak to you." And "The whole year I've waited to get this this across."

One of the devices, a pressure cooker bomb, was hidden in a 100-pound dumpster at 135 West 23rd Street. The explosion sent the dumpster flying more than 120 feet in the air according to official Federal records.
