Fake Cop Arrested By Real Cop During Lunch Hour

A fake cop was arrested yesterday after he walked into a Japanese restaurant dressed in full tactical gear and pulled a weapon.

Kai Ting Yin entered the Snow Fox Café Wednesday afternoon during the lunch hour and shouted to the busy crowd that "he was a police officer."

Just as Mr. Yin pulled his pistol, a real NYPD officer walked into the restaurant and immediately arrested the phony.

Witnesses say Yin was whispering "were on the same team" and "I'm on the job" as the arresting officer slapped him in handcuffs.

Before transporting Mr. Yin to the station-house, officers searched his car and found a rifle and several clips of ammunition.

Mr. Yin faces charges for weapons possession and criminal impersonation of a police officer.
