Two female zookeepers at the Prospect Park Zoo have filed suit against their employers as well as fellow zookeeper Atu Marshall.
Tienery O'Neil and Justine Wilber claim that they were ignored when they reported that Mr. Marshall was caught trying to film their butts and legs with his cell phone from under a picnic table.
The lawsuit claims that zoo authorities failed to punish Atu Marshall after the first altercation.A year later when the women caught Mr. Marshall pulling the creepy "up the skirt" filming again the zoo management promised to take the necessary action to make sure Mr. Marshall was properly punished.
The women claim that Atu Marshall was merely verbal warned and they are made to continually work with him.
