Two New York City police officers were injured on Wednesday night when their police vehicle was struck by another car.
The car was fleeing the scene of a suspected shooting when it slammed into the police cruiser at Ralph Avenue and MacDonough Street. The officers were both hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
A 19-year-old and 29-year-old man were both arrested. A gun was recovered near the scene.
No one was injured in the suspected shooting.
