Leonia, New Jersey Police captain Scott Tamagny is investigating a very odd robbery.
An unidentified 18-year-old dog sitter invited her tinder date and another friend over to the house she was caring for the dog in. While the dog sitter was talking with her tinder date the other friend was helping himself to the family's laptop, an unopened Amazon package, and the two-year-old dog "Maggie."
The police, with the help of the dog sitter, were able to track down the tinder date but he claimed to know nothing about the stolen items or the missing pooch.
The police are still investigating the case.
