Four Taxi and Limousine Commission officers are being investigated after a video surfaced that shows them roughing up an Uber driver during an arrest at JFK Airport.
During the arrest, the Uber driver can be heard screaming while the TLC officers struggle to get him cuffed and under control.
The video shows one of the TLC officers momentarily putting his arm around the Uber driver's neck.
The executive director of the New York Taxi Workers Alliance saw the video and said no matter what offense the Uber driver committed, the manner of his arrest crossed the line.
