Dane Westmoreland allegedly got his ‘drink on' and cold-cocked a man in Times Square this morning.
Police say that Mr. Westmoreland, a tourist visiting the Big Apple for the first time, punched and kicked a Long Island commuter as he walked through Times Square on his way to work.
The unidentified victim was taken to Mt. Sinai St. Luke Medical Center for treatment.
Mr. Westmoreland, who traveled all the way from Salt Lake City, Utah was charged with assault and resisting arrest.
