If you happen to see a man running around Staten Island wearing nothing but handcuffs and underwear call the police.
Hector Calo was arrested this morning at a home on Van Duzer Street on a parole violation charge. The two NYPD cops and parole officer involved in the arrest left Calo cuffed near the back door of the home while they searched the house for contraband.
When they returned to the room Calo had bolted out the back door and was last seen running towards the wood in his underpants.
