JetBlue Airlines removed a family of five from a flight July 2 after a passenger complained that one of the children was kicking the back of his seat.
The parents of the kicking child allegedly made verbal threats against the complaining passenger which prompted the flight crew to return to the gate and call security.
The family with the disruptive child was asked to deplane but repeatedly refused.
When the other passengers on the flight became agitated and started complaining the crew asked everyone to deplane.
The family in the middle of the ruckus was finally removed by JetBlue security.
