Two people were killed on Wednesday night when an SUV collided with a box truck on the George Washington Bridge.
The GMC Arcadia crashed into the back of the truck, which was reportedly stopped on the New York City-bound upper level. A 5-year-old child and a man in his 30’s were both pronounced dead at the hospital.
Three others were taken to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital to be treated for injuries. The crash brought traffic to a standstill for more than an hour.
