Lawsuit Filed In After School Program Injury

The parents of a Bronx elementary school student have filed a lawsuit for negligence after their daughter was injured during an after school program.

The alleged incident took place at M.S. 101 when a worker from The Children's Aid Society after school program ordered the youth to jump off a radiator so she could film it.

The parents of the young girl asked the Bronx Supreme Court for unspecified damages.
