Just when you thought you've heard of every low life, dirt bag form of thievery known to man, another criminal shows up to set the bar even lower.
The police would like to talk with the owner of the silver Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck who was caught on surveillance cameras stealing a wheelchair ramp.
The crime took place in Oceanside, Long Island, this morning between 8:30 and 8:45 am.
The truck was last seen driving East on New York Avenue.
