LISTEN: Mets TV Voice Gary Cohen Reflects on the Shannon Forde Memorial Field Ceremony

On Friday afternoon the New York Mets honored their late media relations executive Shannon Forde by naming a little league field after her in her hometown of Little Ferry, NJ. Forde's family were joined by Mets dignitaries including the entire Mets front office, current and former players like David Wright, Ron Darling, Keith Hernandez, John Franco, Al Leiter, and Todd Zeile, current manager Terry Collins as well as, former managers Willie Randolph and Bobby Valentine and former GM's Omar Minaya and Jim Duquette. 

The ceremony was emceed by Mets TV voice on SNY, Gary Cohen who joined WOR's Wayne Randazzo on the 'Mets Pregame Show' this afternoon to discuss Shannon and what the field will mean to her young children.
