A lovers spat took a fatal turn last night in a Central Park North apartment building.
Police say the incident escalated from a verbal domestic tussle to a fatal stabbing for reasons unknown.
Tania Rodas allegedly pulled a knife and stabbed her boyfriend in the chest during the argument.
When EMT's arrived they rushed the wounded man to St. Luke's Hospital.
The man later died from his injuries.
The police recovered the murder weapon at the scene and charged Rodas with murder, assault, and possession of a weapon.
