PCP and the overwhelming need to gratify himself is what caused Ismael Esquilin to stop his mini-van in the Lincoln Tunnel last night.
The 48-year-old- Passaic, New Jersey man was caught in the act when Port Authority cops came to assist with what they thought was a broken down vehicle.
As police approached Esquilin's vehicle they saw that he had removed his trousers and was performing a lewd act on himself.
The police threw a blanket over Mr. Esquilin in order to stop the ongoing ‘puppet show' and took the suspect to Hoboken Hospital for mental observation.
Mr. Esquilin was charged with drug possession, reckless driving, and impeding traffic.
