A Riverdale, New Jersey, flower shop owner was arrested for stealing flowers and plants off of graves from a nearby cemetery.
Local police decided to set up a sting operation after receiving several complaints from bereaved people who visit their departed loved ones frequently and noticed that the flowers and plants were missing.
The police set up a surveillance camera next to a mausoleum and soon had video proof of the grave robbing florist.
Lynda Wingate was arrested for allegedly stealing plants and flowers off people's graves and then reselling them at her flower shop.
Ms. Wingate was charged with theft of movable property.
