Student's Artwork Vandalized In Museum's Education Center

The Metropolitan Museum of Art is featuring a Scholastic Art and Writing Award program in their Education Center.

It was there that a student's artwork was vandalized by Ryan Watson, a reportedly disturbed man who wrote "Nazi artwork" and "Not slaves" across the student's painting.

A Museum guard contacted the NYPD and tried to calm a clearly agitated Watson.

When the police arrived to arrest the man, he began yelling "go back to your own country."

Mr. Watson was arrested and charged with criminal mischief.
