The NYPD has arrested a 24-year-old man who allegedly touched a woman inappropriately and then shoved her onto the subway tracks.
Kimani Stephenson has been charged with attempted murder, assault and sex abuse.
The incident happened Friday at the 14th Street station. The victim was waiting for a train when a man grabbed her from behind, forcibly touching her breast and groin. The suspect then pushed her onto the tracks and fled the scene.
The victim was helped off the tracks by others waiting for the train. She was taken to the hospital and underwent surgery.
