Child Support Killer Could Face Life In Prison

Tristan Anderson will be sentenced to 25 years to life in prison on May, 1 after being found guilty of murdering his children's mother in a child support dispute.

Brooklyn District Attorney, Eric Gonzalez said of Anderson; "Not only did he selfishly and senselessly take the life of a young mother, but he essentially left the children without any parents.

Anderson confessed to police that he and Shawntell Davis argued about back child support payments before he became physical and shoved the young woman to the floor of her apartment.

Anderson told authorities that Ms. Davis was alive but, gurgling and wheezing when he left her lying on the floor.
