Elderly Man Hospitalized After 8 Days Of Neglect

It appears that someone needs to look up the definition of COMPASSION.

Lynne Roberts was charged with first-degree endangering the welfare of an incompetent or disabled person when EMT's found her longtime companion Peter Locker laying on their apartment floor covered in vomit and feces.

Ms. Roberts allegedly told authorities that Mr. Locker had fallen 8 days ago but had refused her repeated attempts to help him up.  Ms. Roberts explained to officials that Locker could sometimes be verbally aggressive and hostile so she waited for him to calm down before she called 911.

EMT's found the 67-year-old man face down on the floor barely conscious and covered with sores from his prolonged exposure to his own vomit, feces, and urine.

Ms. Roberts was released without bail and given an order of protection from the Judge which forbids her any contact with Mr. Locker.

Ms. Robert's lawyer says the charges against his client are baseless.
